Late-Edition Snark

It's time for another edition of "Who Is You Foolin'?"

Jennifer Lopez in concert last night.

Speaking of Jenny, she almost busted her ass on a conveyor belt onstage. She'd better start considering her delicate condition.

Someone got makeup all over her jacket. Now the boutique won't take it back. Blame Thelma.

Why Did I...Feel Uneasy About This Movie?

I don't know what it is about Tyler Perry's new movie, "Why Did I Get Married?", but it is rubbing me the wrong way. Other than the plot, which completely disinterests me, I don't like what I've been seeing as far as Jill Scott's character is concerned.

I've only seen the released trailers, but they managed to show her either blubbering crying or just looking to' up. I know, it's a character, but I've seen it before: Her man is treating her badly. She's down, maybe even considers doing something drastic to herself. She inadvertently meets a fine ass man who eventually makes her love herself and she loves him in return. She triumphs over the man who wronged her. Fin.

Call me when they make Pootie Tang 2.

[Click to enlarge and see how pathetic they have her looking in the movie poster.]
