It's been a while since we have had a fashion update, so in the spirit of Halloween I give you the trends you should embrace if you're trying to cause horror and fright.
The Mention the Unmentionables Trend
There was a time when some women would opt to poorly veil their undergarments with sheer fabric and act all surprised when a dude pointed it out. Those days, my friends, are long gone. WTF is with this trend?
This was a mistake. Yes/No?
Mervyn's must've had a blow-out sale.
Her mission in life should be to cover up all her sh*t.
That stuff rips easily. Trust me.
Where do they get these sub-titty tops?
Her stuff just fell open. Yes/No?
That strap is hanging on by a wing and a prayer. Don't ever wear your "period" bra out for any reason.
When Bangs Go Wrong
This crazy looking mess would make Cousin It wanna trip her.
The style inspired by JJ Fad.
The "I let my little sister practice on my bang" bang.
The "I've got to get rid of these bags of hair" bang.
The "I've got a long way to go" bang.
The "bang is the least of my problems" bang.
The "is this a damn toupee or what" bang.
She doesn't have a bang, but she must feel like somebody's following her.
2007's Popular Celebrity Costumes
For the Do-It-Yourselfer
US Weekly magazine gives tips to the stars' clown-like styles.
To acheive these looks, just do the opposite of what they suggest.
Beyonce Knowles: With her green eye shadow, pink lipstick and heavy liner, the "Bootylicious" singer "looks overdone," Vadhera tells Us. "She would've been better off pairing this look with a nude or peachy lip to make her eyes the focus of attention."
Rihanna: Though Rihanna's makeup looks "beautiful, there's too much contrast around the eyes," Vadhera notes. To avoid "raccoon eyes," she recommends using a concealer a half shade lighter than the foundation. Adds Vadhera, "By going too light, she looks too made up."
